DEAN BROWNROUT PARTICIPATING IN CEPA GALLERY ANNUAL "VISIONS" FUNDRAISER

Dean Brownrout Modern/Contemporary is pleased to announce the participation of owner Dean Brownrout in CEPA Gallery's popular Visions of Greater Buffalo, taking place Thursday, November 7, 2013 in the gallery's exhibition space at the Market Arcade, 617 Main Street, Buffalo, NY.

Visions of Greater Buffalo is an annual event where CEPA Gallery invites 50 individuals with unique community perspectives to take up single-use Kodak cameras and photograph their "vision" of the region.

The resulting film is developed, reviewed by a panel of professionals, and the best print from each participant is framed and matted for inclusion in a special exhibition that ends with a silent auction featuring all the Visions works.

"I'm honored to be asked to participate," said Brownrout. "The demands of creating this single work of art for public display is a reminder of how talented those artists I work with—who create art as a livelihood—truly are."

Proceeds from Visions of Greater Buffalo will benefit CEPA Gallery's internationally recognized exhibition and youth education programs.

A complete list of participants, their photographic contributions, and ticket purchasing information can be viewed at CEPA Gallery's website.
